Post 1 w/ a sigh....
I have to laugh a little because I started this blog about a year ago and never posted until now. What took me so long you ask.... well I guess if you really want the truth I just wasn't ready to do it. Do it, meaning start my journey to get my healthy life back.
I'm not a writer by any means so don't judge me on my million and one grammatical errors and don't judge me when I tell you I just shoved a cupcake in my mouth because this is what this blog is about my struggles to get healthy.
